Return Process

  Contact Support

  Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully repack the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop the package off at an authorized shipping center; we recommend using a tracked and insured service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment to verify its condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
